Add 2 mL of bacteriostatic water to your 5 mg vial. Aim at the glass wall, not the powder. Gently swirl — never shake. Refrigerate after reconstitution and use within 30 days.
Frequency: Starting: 4 units, 5x/week; If effect is too drastic, reduce to 3x/week; If more is needed, increase to 8 units, 5x/week
